I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. True to all the hotels we encountered in the Italian Riviera, the staff here were incredibly nice, helpful, and professional. They made sure I felt welcome and were always willing to assist me. The location of this hotel was perfect, being very close to the town center. This allowed me to easily explore and enjoy the city's attractions. Additionally, the hotel was also very close to the beach, which was a major plus point for me as I love spending time by the sea.
All was good.

The Hotel Helios in the charming Italian Riviera was a delightful surprise. The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money and attention to detail. Our room had everything we needed, including a small balcony with a distant sea view. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was impeccably clean, with maids even accommodating our late wake-up times. The central location of the hotel allowed us to easily explore the town centre and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the freshly brewed coffee was a great start to our mornings.
All was perfect during our stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed in a hotel that claimed to be in a great location, but I was left disappointed. the hotel was not as close to the town centre as advertised, and it was quite a walk to get there. the hotel was not as close to the beach as I had hoped. the room was small and not very comfortable, especially the bathroom which was outdated and cramped. the service was average at best, and the breakfast was nothing special. the lack of amenities and the view from the room left much to be desired.
One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of parking spaces available.

This hotel was perfect for my business trip. the location was great as it was close to the beach and restaurants, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was really friendly and helpful.
The exterior of the hotel could be more presentable. this did not impact my overall experience at the hotel as the interior was well maintained and made up for any exterior shortcomings.

The lack of a pool at the hotel. I personally prefer to have a pool rather than going to the beach, so it would have been nice to have that option.
